Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final; however, we will accept returns or exchanges for defective items or incorrect orders reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item received.
- 2.Authorization Review
Wait for our team to review your claim; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the provided RMA form to ensure your return is identified correctly.
- 4.Processing & Resolution
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or store credit depending on current inventory availability.
